Questions answered, so you can just turn up and train once all goes through.
HOW DOES 24-HOUR WORK?
▾
Once your application is approved, your details are in and your membership or session is set up, you'll receive your access details. Members can train at any hour, day or night, with no opening times to work around. Pay-as-you-go visitors have access for their booked session.
HOW DO I JOIN?
▾
Membership is by application. You complete our enquiry form, we review fit and availability, you give us your contact and health details, sign the waiver, then pay to start. Access goes live as soon as your membership begins. The five steps are laid out on our Membership Page.
WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE MEMBERSHIPS?
▾
Open Gym gives you unlimited 24-hour access to the gym floor. Class Membership gives you unlimited group classes. Combo includes both. Memberships roll monthly and can be cancelled with the notice set out in your membership terms.
CAN I TRY NOCTIS BEFORE COMMITTING?
▾
Yes. Pay-as-you-go lets you drop in to a single class or book one open gym session with no commitment. You'll still complete the application, health details and waiver first, so we can make sure it's a good fit.
WHAT CLASSES DO YOU RUN AND HOW BIG ARE THEY?
▾
We run four: ENGINE (Hyrox-style conditioning), BUILD (strength and circuits), CIRCUITS (full-body conditioning) and SCULPT (lower body and core). Sessions run 45 to 50 minutes, and every class is capped at 8 people, so you get proper coaching and room to train.
I'M NEW TO TRAINING. IS NOCTIS RIGHT FOR ME?
▾
Yes. Our classes suit all levels, with loads scaled to you, and Open Gym is self-led so you can train at your own pace. If you're unsure where to start, tell us about your goals in your application and we'll point you in the right direction.
IS IT SAFE TO TRAIN HERE AND IS IT MONITORED?
▾
Safety matters to us. The facility is covered by CCTV, and you'll receive access and safety information when you join. In an emergency, call 999 first. We ask all members to train within their ability and to keep their health details up to date.
