ENGINE

Hyrox-Style Output

A functional endurance session built around the sled, the rower, the ski erg and the run. Stations are fixed, the clock isn’t forgiving, and the aim is simple: build the engine that gets you through a race, a match, or a long day on your feet.

45 min · all levels, scalable loads

BUILD

Strength & Circuits

A hybrid session pairing heavy compound lifts with short, sharp circuit blocks. You’ll build raw strength in the first half and put it under fatigue in the second. The format that carries over most directly into sport.

50 min · barbell & free weight based

CIRCUITS

Full-Body Conditioning

Fast-moving, full-body stations mixing strength, cardio and bodyweight work. No two weeks look the same. It’s the session to book when you want variety, intensity, and a class that never sits still.

SCULPT

Lower Body & Core

Targeted lower-body work especially glutes, hamstrings and quads using controlled tempo and higher reps to build shape and strength without the noise of a full-body session. Finishes with focused core work.

ALIGN

Pilates

Mat-based Pilates focused on core control, posture and joint stability. Slow, precise, and deliberately quiet. The session that builds the foundation everything else on the timetable relies on.

FLOW

Yoga

A breath-led movement practice building mobility, balance and calm. Slow, intentional movement paired with controlled breathing — the deliberate counterpart to everything else on the timetable. The space to recover, reset and come back sharper.
